In search of a “traditional” Colombian coffee that will transport you back to the days when the only option you had when ordering coffee was, “coffee?” Look no further!
This Colombian Supremo comes to us from the Cauca region of Colombia, from primarily smallholder coffee farms located between 900 and 1,650 meters on the western slopes of the Cordillera Central branch of the Colombian Andes. It is a beautiful example of what makes Colombian coffees so popular and enduring. Roasted to the point where the first delicate oils burst to the surface, this coffee delivers subtle roast flavors that perfectly complement its intrinsic notes of caramel and almond.
